I want to put a birth year (or =LifeDates() ) in the page header of a report e.g to distinguish between my 6 Edward Morgans.
The standard header puts the individual name in & I can't seem to get it to accept other functions. Is it possible to do what I want?

I don't think so, the page headers use a different syntax. You can customise some level 1 headers, but not all as you have discovered.
