Hi All,
I am using version 3.1.1 with Windows XP Professional.

When I insert a picture into an Individuals record - (linked, not embedded) - FH remembers the last folder filepath of the picture that I linked, (great feature), however when I insert a picture into a Source record - (also linked, not embedded) - this does not happen, FH keeps on remembering the filepath for the last picture linked to an Individual.

To bypass the above I first do a dummy picture insert to an Individual using anything from the folder where I keep my Source pictures.

Any comments?

are you clicking on 'Pictures' on the Insert menu to do this? When I do that, it always seems to just remember the last folder used, and it doesn't appear to make any difference whether I'm addiing a picture for an Individual or a Source. Can you say a bit more about what you're doing, in case there is some significant point that I've missed.

Yes, at records window (individuals) I select a person (single click - no property dialog box) then Insert menu then 'Pictures'. Same process for Sources, except that FH always remember the last folder used with Individual, no matter how many different 'Source' folders I added pictures from.
What I just saw is that if I double click a source so that the property dialog box appear and then click insert, pictures, FH remembers the genuine last folder used.
