Can you tell me why on a Narrative Descendant Report by Generation it only gives the two children of one set of parents as the fourth generation?
And for the other set of parents their two children are only included with the third generation.

On the chart I have printed to send to a cousin of mine the four generations and the four children are where they should be.

It is only a small chart and report with 27 persons and only takes 3 A4 pages chart, and two or three for the report.

One set of parents is the brother to his sister of the second set of parents.
Could it have anything to do with the brother was born 20 years earlier to his fathers 1st wife and the sister was born to his 2nd wife?

If I do the brothers Descendant narrative it still only gives two generations when it should be three. On his sisters narrative it gives three generations.

People only get a mention in the next generation if they marry, have descendants or have a picture, otherwise the information is shown in the parents generation.

I did a search here and this is what Simon said
Its still the case that no-one gets one in the last generation. But in other generations you get one if you have a family-as-spouse (spouse(s) or child(ren)), 5 or more events or attributes (whether displayed in the report or not), a picture that would be displayed given the current options, or a record note that would be included, given the current options.

Thank you Jane, the one that is shown as the 4th generation has photos of the children.
