Family Historian User Group

Due to a 'senior moment' i have a spouse duplicated three times in an individuals box, how do i remove two of them? Only one spouse named in individual list. Hope it all makes sense.[frown]

I am guessing, but expect you have 3 family records for the same couple.

If this is the case, I would go to the family tab on the records window, select two of the families and use the Edit/Merge Records option to merge them together, and repeat for the second pair.

This way you can see what information you have against each family.

Thanks for your reply. Instead of the edit/merge way, I highlighted the unwanted info. in the family tab and then deleted. Everything now O.K. easy when you know how.[smile]
