I may be asking too much here but is there any way when creating a website from FH that only the changed pages are created or identified (by created time say)
At the moment every page of a site has be transferred whether it is the same as a previous one or not.
This may be too difficult but its always worth asking.

I don't think so as FH actually re-writes all the pages each time you run the process.

Some FTP clients can compare page sizes and only upload those which have changed.
