Ged Com Census

I have just started to use Ged Com Census and all went well for the first two entries. Thw 2nd entry for Ann Baxter 1851C was saved fine. Bur when I saved the 3rd entry for Ann Baxter 1861C nothing appeared in the Source Record in FH. I re-entered my data and saved again but still nothing. I am using FHv3. Anyone help please?

This isn't a problem that has been reported before, it sounds a bit odd. I assume that validation in Family Historian doesn't bring up any errors?
Please email your family history GEDCOM file to me (
nsw@eidosnet.co.uk) and I'll see if I can work out what is happening. I can assure you I won't pass the file on to anyone else and will delete it once I've finished sorting out this problem for you.

I think I have solved the problem. Whilst I was using your Ged Com Census, I had FH minimised on the toolbar, I had therefore expected the open FH to be updated straight away. However I closed FH and reopened it with the latest GC Backup and all was well. Thanks for you prompt reply. A great program
