Have tried to print a list of family by Family number. The thing is it prints so close to the edge of the paper there is no room for the punch holes.
How can one increase the marginspace??

Are you doing this from a Query or a report?
On a Query the quick way is to add another column on the left.
For reports simply select report options page set up and adjust the margins.
