Ambiguous links

Around 1770, two brothers (each married), living in the same parish, each had sons. The two sons (cousins) were given the same name. From the parish registers there is no real clear way to distinguish one from the other. One of them had a family, but the records dont tell us which one. So there is some ambiguity as to which of these two lads was the ancestor of the family branch Im researching.
This being the case, I may have to live with this ambiguity, but at least I know their grandfather is my ancestor either way.
What I would like to know is:
First. How can this be recorded in FH?
Second. Is there a way of showing this in a diagram so that it can be seen as a possible alternative link?
Third. Can you add to the wish list the ability of the diagram to show tentative/alternative links using a different line style? Also, likewise, a different line style for un-natural links, such as adopted, donated egg/sperm, etc.
Thanks
