How do I Override Text in diagrams

Version 3 has lost the ability to override the text in a diagram. In Ver 2 this was achieved by right clicking on an individual box and then selecting override default text. Has this facility gone or is there another method I have missed in the user manual.
There is no 'override text' menu option any more, but you can still achieve the same results. If you want a person, A, to have text that no-one else has, create a record flag ('A only') and set that flag on 'A'. Then modify the relevent text scheme to add a line or lines that are conditioned to only appear where that flag is set.

Although a little more fiddly, there are compensating benefits. You can now
control all font size, type, colour details, etc for any such lines. You
can also set the alignment on any such lines (left, right, centre, justify)
and even specify 3 levels of indentation for them: a first line indent, a new paragraph indent (because the text might consist of multiple
paragraphs), and a 3rd indent to use for all other lines.

How do I Override Text in diagrams

Hi Jane
On some individual records I have very complicated occupation records from different sources.  While I want to keep them in the database I would like to put a simpler version on diagrams.

I have managed to use the flags to add information (via individual notes) to different individuals and I have suppressed the default occupation information on one individual in the diagram, but I cannot suppress the default occupation information on any other individuals in the same diagram because there is only one occupation item in the text scheme (ie, %INDI.OCCU[1+]%)

Can you suggest anything that would help.
Thanks
Liz

I have not tried this but could you create a custom attribute (say Diagram occupation) put the text you want on the diagram in that field and then condition the standard occupation so it only shows if the diagram version does not exist.
