I was playing with text schemes last night and against trying to double-click to load them as a custom scheme I placed them into the Text Schemes folder.
They were even recognised.
Now I deleted some (from within Windows since I was unable to see a delete button within FH) but FH still shows them in it's list of available schemes. Any idea ? Fiddling a lot with it results by now in having 4-5 schemes with idential names in the list of schemes and I can't locate where FH stores the data of availble schemes.
Also, what's the propper way ? When creating a custom scheme it doesn't appear on disk, thus I'm unable to modify it using a common editor against using the (limited in space) menu.

You should find a delete button on the text scheme section of the Diagram options.
I don't think you can delete standard schemes as FH will restore them.
Custom text schemes are stored in
C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataCalico PieFamily HistorianText SchemesCustom

Damn ... I think I was up for too long yesterday night. I already did browse the 'Application Data' directory .. but the one for my personal user only without thinking about the 'all users'.
Problem solved
thanks for the hint
When I get it right FH never ever does use the templates from the programm folder, only in case of restoring installation settings, right ?

Thats it, obviously if you install an upgrade its possible 'customised' standard schemes may be best saved as 'custom' ones, but other than that FH only used the ones in the FH folder as a backup.
