A mental block! I want to copy the Records Window data to a Excel spreadsheet. I've done this once but can't remember exactly how - I think I made use of the Query facility.
I'd appreciate a blow by blow account of how to achieve this.
Sorry to be such an old buffer! Peter

For the default records window layout, download and install the records window query from the Downloads section.
Run the Query. Then either click top left to select all and use copy and paste to move to excel, or save the query results as a CSV file and open that in Excel.

The query is in the Downloads/Query section of this site
http://www.fhug.org.uk/cgi-bin/index.cg ... ries&id=44
you need to download it and save it to your computer and then double click it to get it installed to FH, make sure you have 2.2 or above for the 'automatic' install of queries to work.
