Is it possible to view and/or print a standard descendency chart starting it with the earliest relative? This makes it easier to see where the gaps are.
I am a new user of the Family Historian and find the programme far easier than any others I have used.

I think probably the easiest way, is to display your ancestor chart, then click on the person you want to start from and click on the descendants chart on the icon bar, this will display a decendants chart from that person.

Thank you Jane for your answer. What I am looking for is called The Narrative Indented Predigree chart where it is all printed, start from your earliest ancestor as 1. and then travels down the list( 2, 3, etc) moving sideways. I am not sure if I am explaining myself but this is what I see in other programs.
I have looked where you suggested but I don't want the boxes. Also, Why do you only get some of the family? If I start with my great grandfather, my grandchildren are left out.
Look forward to receiving your reply.
Cheers,
Jenny

Narrative reports are not implemented yet.
The nearest reports is Decendant Outline on the reports menu under more reports.
On the diagram to get more detail, right click on the background and select Diagram options then select the number of generations you require.
