Excel files

Post by vliet » 01 Feb 2006 13:28

I'm not able to check this out as I'm at work but I can't remember if Excel files can be imported into FH or not. I've received a 'tree' which is an .xls file (looks a bit like a pivot table) and it would be a pain to ty[e it all out again.
Anyone out there got any suggestions?

I can't see any options to import it, but if the spreadsheet is logical (i.e. fixed columns for certain data types), i can probably do something for you to turn it into a GEDCOM file.
