Narrative Report, ';with the same father';

In the narrative report, could there be a way of getting rid of the irritating text '...had the following children with the same father'. Often the father is not recorded because his name is not known. If there's just one child the text is simply spurious. If there's more than one it's misleading... I have in fact no idea whether the two or more illigitimate children had the same father, and it would be even more absurd to record them as children of multiple families
