I am having a problem with inclusion of grandchildren into reports even though the parameters of the report appear to allow it. One is included but others not. I cannot see any problems with the links which show in diagrams. help please - I am new to FH

Have you checked the previous generation?
People who are unmarried and have no photo are only shown on the parents page, others are shown in the next generation and have a + by them to show there is more information in the next generation. This is common to many family history programs as it reduces the number of pages produced.
