Apologies if this has been covered before (or is eluding me in the user manual!).
Is there a way of using the 'New Link/Note' function to link to many people? A comparison would be in Windows Explorer where the control button is used to select more than one item.
Many thanks
Chris

I don't think so. Obviously if you create a New Note record you can then link that to as many people as you require.
A useful tip is when you select link to existing note, when the Notes appear press the heading on the updated date column to bring the most recent date to the top. This makes it quicker to find the note you want. This also works with sources, people etc.

Jane,
Thanks for the quick reply.
The reason I asked was that I had just added a document that could be linked to about 20 people (not one family). I had hit upon the method you suggested.
After posting the query, I was playing around with the Named list pane. This does support the multiple selection using CTRL. Oh well.
