CAn some please help me i have lost the links to my photos can you tell me how to get them back

I presume you have moved the Files around on your hard disk. Remember the links are just that links to external files. If you move them or the gedcom they may get 'broken' you can use the Work With External File Links to mend them

Did you know that using the 'Work with External File Links' dialog (available from the Tools menu) you can see all the multimedia files (e.g. pictures) that your Family Tree data file is linked to? Double-click on any closed branches to fully expand or close them. If any of the links are 'broken', the link will have a cross in it; and you can 'repair' the link from the dialog. You can also see which record a picture is linked to and jump to that record. See the Online Help for this dialog for more details (click on its Help button).

Found this window but cant work out how to repair

Did you read the help, what are you still having problems with? All you have to is right click on the broken directories and point them to where you put the files.

has this been changed i cant get the repair part

Just click on the Move option and select the directory where the files are.
