Queries Query

I have been trying out the custom queries posted elsewhere and can enter most of the info by hand.
Is there an automated way of entering theses files? My PC does not recognise the extension.
What do the numbers represent at the end of some 'TAG' lines and where do you enter them?
i.e. TAG='Individual','INDI',,,168 etc
regards

Hi,
If you copy the queries to the
C:Program FilesFamily HistorianQueriesCustom
directory. They should the appear in the FH query list.
If they are not already in a file they can be pasted into notepad and then saved. If using Notepad make sure the save as is set to all files otherwise it will put .txt on the end of the name.
I can not find the tag= statement where did you see it?

Thanks for the help, I will try it.
The TAG= statement appears in all the queries I have downloaded. The specific query I took this statement from was a query titled 'Alive at a given date' from a posting to the FH Users list.
thanks again
Terry

[oops]Light Dawns,
I do not look at the raw Query files very often, if you work on them in FH you do not see the TAG= bit.
You will find you can edit any queries in the custom directory, they are much easier to understand in the FH interface.
