Editing query reports, photos in reports

I have 2 questions.
Firstly, is there any way of editing the page of results from a query without saving it into Excel etc? I would like to change the font size and row height, then print it without having to 'export' it.
Second question: is it possible to add lines between each child on a report so that the child's picture is next to their info (when there isn't much info) rather than half way down the page?
I would also like to specify headings and contents for sections in the report, which some programmes will do, but it looks like you can only do this for the 'main' section which is quite limited. Is this right? If so, I'll add it to the wish list.
