Hi Jane

One of the women on my tree has five children by three different men none of whom she married. When I do a descendent chart for her and her children one line of text reads “Faith Smith had the following children by the same father” this line of text is already in FH but I would like to change it please for this woman. How?

You need to create three separate families for this woman (with the three patners) and assign the children to the appropriate family so they each have the correct father.

Hi Jane

This will not be any good as we don’t know the respective partners. There were five children and at least three partners but we don’t know what child went with what partner. All we can show is Faith and her five children. All I would like to do is amend the line of text to read “Faith had the following children”
