Labels for empty fields in diagrams

I'm about to produce an 'All Relatives' diagram for a big family gathering.
Is it possible to print field abbreviations e.g. b., marr., d. in the text boxes to act as a prompt for people to fill in their own details.
Apologies if this has been asked before but I couldn't see it on a quick skip through the forum.

What I might be tempted to do would be to add lines such as
Birth ________________
with no data references, they would appear on every person so they could add or correct any which they thought wrong.
