I really think I've started to lose the plot tonight! I received info that my 2nd cousin (3 times removed) had married a woman of one surname but I couldn't confirm that at all on the fiche at the local library. The only possible reference had her with a different surname.
Turns out, she'd been married before, which is not a problem as so have I!
I can't seem to work out how to show both her names. I put her name as it was when she married my relative (I assume she was a widow in the circumstances but I haven't got round to searching for the details yet)yet when I change her name in he parents record, he name at marriage to my relative reverts to her maiden name.
I'm sure I'm missing something and should probably try again in a day or so.
Help!

FH always shows the maiden name for the person. I would suggest adding a note to the marriage stating the name shown on the certificate.
