Has anyone felt the need for a query along the lines of 'Do I have a John married to a Sarah' - if so, could I have a copy, please.

Custom query re Husband amp; Wife
This is a very trivial task, simply add all people whose name contains X and exclude spouse name does not contain y.
If you want to ensure you catch second/third marriages you need to add where spouse 1,2 or 3 contains y and exclude unless name contains x.

Thanks for that Jane - I am glad it was so easy! I am finding it useful when looking at Census entries where you don't know the wife's maiden name.
