Notes in Source Summary Reports

Hi,

I would like to include a source's notes into the Source Summary Report, but the data references are pretty confusing here. What would be the data reference necessary here?

I thought the easiest way was to do it.

I have added the first two Linked Source notes and the first two local notes.v Obviously if you have more you can add those as well. Just edit the existing ones and increment the numbers in [] an add to new lines on the report.
