I'm trying to construct a diagram text scheme where the several occupations of an individual are listed downwards instead of across, but however I fiddle with the text scheme the occupations still appear one after the other on the same line. Any ideas anyone??

Diagram text scheme that lists downwards
Elizabeth,
There is a standard text scheme that gives occupations but, as you say, the occupations are all on on line. To make each occupation appear on a separate line it is only necessary to insert a 'return' after each semicolon in the text data reference and then type in 'Occ: space' at the beginning of each line of occupation.
ie.
Occ: %INDI.OCCU%;
Occ: %INDI.OCCU[2]%;
Occ: %INDI.OCCU[3]%
You can have as many occupations as you wish, just increment the number in brackets for each instance.
Hope this helps.
