Identifying empty attributes via Query

Post by rfj1001 » 07 Mar 2005 21:07

I've imported some records where actual occupations have failed to be recorded. (The Occupation attribute has been added but the actual Occupation field is blank.)

Is there a way I can set up a query to identify the rogue records so I can enter the missing info manually. (Selecting Null or '' does not seem to work.)

TIA

I have just done a query adding all records where the occupation is null and all people without an occupation are shown.

If you want to narrow down to the import batch why not exclude unless the record has a source of the import batch.
