[HELP] Tab fails to go online?
What browser are you using?
I suspect you have managed to lose your default browser. Do web links in other programs work?

[HELP] Tab fails to go online?
HI Jane: Good to talk to you again.
I agree with you it's the link to the browser, tried re-setting default browser to Internet Explorer. No Joy.
All other systems working fine.
Do I have to reload Family Historian again? Hate to do the last resource method as previously had bad success trying to reload back-up program's.[confused]

[HELP] Tab fails to go online?
Found it!
I had tried deepnet explorer a few months ago for a short time and I guess Family Historian had got linked to it.
However I am a little puzzled why it did not revert back to the default browser? As my system is MSN and default is always Internet Explorer.[smile] Thanks for the Help solution.
