Ivan, Would you be a little more specific. Are you trying to print diagrams, queries, reports or what?
As a test, produce a query on the screen, any one will do (eg Boy's names). Them click on the button with the printer symbol. This should bring up a 'print' panel. Click 'ok' on this panel and the query should be printed.
See if this works for you.

You are not using the demo version by any chance are you?

That has all printing disabled.

Check the Help About option, if you are not sure.

In order to activate the print option you need to be on a report or diagram.

Try selecting a person and then pressing the report/induvidual summary button. Then select the print option.

or
Select a person then a diagram option and check out the print menu item.

Printing is covered in the start up manual.
