* Place Name formats in reports

I would like it to be possible to specify the Place Name format in the report options (i.e Short, Medium or 'Tidy' long format.)  The Place Name Qualifiers make it possible to standardise place names using commas to separate town, county, country and to display the name without redundant commas if not all parts of the place name are known.  This is useful for diagram text schemes but there is not at present any way to specify the format in reports.  A option like the one for date formats would be helpful.
