Cousins / Half-Siblings

When using the relationship description in diagrams, half-brothers and half-sisters come out as cousins. Can this be fixed? Thanks.

I searched for 'half' in the wish list and came up with 'Ability to Show Step/Half Siblings on same line'.  Is this what you are looking for?
