When I went to download some queries/reports I found FH did not have the custom folders, I created them within the Queries and Reports folders, and downloaded the files to them successfully. But when I start FH the 'custom reorts' dialogue is . What am I doing wrong?

Do not download them to the FH folders directly, rather download them to My downloads or the Desktop and double click them to let FH install them for you.
