No GRO death reference

Hi,
I have been trying to trace the GRO death record of my great-great-grandmother Jemima Wellbelove.
I estimate she died in the late 1890's in her 80's. She is recorded on the 1891 census and the Egham rate books until around 1896. There is no reference in the 1901 census and I couldn't see her listed in the Windsor Workhouse. Was it quite common for deaths to go unrecorded - all her relatives deaths are recorded, including her husnband in 1893. She would have been living with/near her daughter right up until her death, so there's no excuse for having no relatives to record the event.
Are there any other sources where the death could have been recorded. The parish records I have been able to search don't go up as far as the 1890's.
Please help?
