* Cross generation marrages

Having looked into the dark depths of my family, I have discovered Uncles marring there nieces (eg brother marries his sister's daughter). When this is entered the diagram creates a new ancestry or descendants lines (duplicate just has slip a generation show the same info). I appear in to generations! Is there any wat to overcome this?
