not quite sure how to phrase the subject!
Note the useful addition in 2.3 that when you create a child on the diagram you now have - new male / new female / linked, which reduces steps for generation of offspring.
It would be useful to have the same when creating a parent in the property dialogue box. If you enter a spouse and then click parents, you can click on add parent, then you choose new, and then have to choose male / female.
It would be possible to reduce the steps here...
