At what stage is the 'new' removed from the a Forum Mail??
And who decides when a mail is no longer 'new' please ?

It's removed for each individual once they have viewed a topic -- so everyone sees different topics marked as new.

There is a temporary problem with 'New' on Forum postings when the month changes as reported here:
