I've got into the new forums but in doing so I had to get a new password issued. I want to change this password but can't find how to do it?

Go to User Control Panel (in pale grey font near top of screen, just right of centre). Then select Profile > Edit Account Settings.

You will also need to use Profile > Edit avatar to restore your icon.
Use Display gallery at the bottom and select animals, other, or people.
Choose an image and click Submit at the bottom.

You can also upload your own image.

Thanks for this thread. I also had difficulty locating the Change Password option. A small point - you must enter your old password when changing to a new one, not just for changing username or e-mail as implied in the dialogue.

Yes, I found that slightly confusing too.
