Size of text in forum has increased

Whilst viewing the forum, I must have inadvertantly pressed a key or keys on my keyboard, which caused the size of the text on the page to increase.
What did I do? Is there any way to restore it to normal?
(NB All other tabs in Firefox have not been affected)

You probably <CTRL +> try <CTRL ->

Duh-I should have thought of that
Ctrl- did the trick, thanks Jane
Mind you, judging by size of text, I must have done it about 6 times to get it as big as it was!

Try Ctrl-0 (that's zero) to reset to the default of zero zoom.

It is not strictly a Windows shortcut, but a browser shortcut that appears to have been adopted by most browsers.
e.g.
In Firefox, click View > Zoom and the options include:
Zoom In Ctrl+ +
Zoom Out Ctrl+ -
Actual Size Ctrl+ 0
