If you want the satisfying sound of breaking glass every time you drag the mouse pointer over the festive lights at the top of the forum, you have to use MS Edge. Chrome only sounds once, and Firefox always smashes silently....
Feel free to delete this post when the decorations come down!

You're right - Firefox now has sound, but I think I'll keep the default block - it's a bit of festive fun, but nothing is more annoying than a website that plays audio without being asked!

I thought Rudolf the Red Nose would turn all the lights back on... I can't see him...

How do you turn off the light smashing sound?

Now gone altogether - it is probably time for decorations to come down anyway, a house job for the weekend...

This is obviously my problem, the option is not available in the Marina Orange style setting. I changed to Metrolike and it was there, so I switched them off and then returned to the Marina orange style.

Marina and Prosilver don't get many if any customisations, as it's too much work for Jane to apply them to more than a single theme (MetroLike). They're only retained for the people who hate the MetroLike appearance.

Helen
I actually like the Metrolike style, I just don't understand the new topic/unread topic icons in the board index and that's why I don't use it. Marina and Prosilver are easy to understand but Metrolike is beyond me.
