F5 should make the font a little bigger for post contents only.

Yes, that is better, could you do the orange subject title too, as it now looks a little lost & obscure?

I have been searching around the IE6 rendering problem.
It seems the problem is to do with the CSS display: inline-block; statement that is not well supported in IE7 & IE6.
This occurs in the file: http://www.fhug.org.uk/forum/style.php? ... 6a3137039b

The workaround is to add the following code in each case:
/*Dirty IE Hack*/
*zoom: 1;
*display: inline;

In fact that hack already exists in one or two places.

This does not fix everything, because it leaves the Search box top left slightly out of alignment, and some text the wrong size, but it is a step in the right direction.

Some other problems are related to other CSS commands such as display: table-cell; not supported in IE7 & IE6.
Perhaps best to ignore it since IE6 & IE7 are unlikely to be used in practice.

Thanks Mike, I think I would be tempted to leave it as even Windows XP users should have IE8, by now and anyone still using it can revert to the old scheme.

I like the KB italic format for links to the current page; much better than the greyed-out style; and notice that links to headers within page now retain the regular bold style.

Also the Forum orange subject title font is bigger - thanks Jane.
