How do I insert a photo to the box next to my Focus person's name?

Not sure which of the two possible boxes you mean:

Chapter 4 of Getting the Most From Family Historian 4 explains how to add images.  If images are linked to the Individual but do not appear at the top, you may need to alter the setting for Max. Pictures of Focus Person at Top of Window on the Focus Window tab of the Preferences dialog (from the Tools menu).

There is also a video here in the Knowledge base showing you how to add media to Family Historian.

I have the three photos up in the top space where his name is in the green section.
I cannot put any of them in the lower blue section where there is one box near the name.
I thought click and drag would work!

I think the top section might also show Family images, if you look at the media window for the person have you sorted it now?
