Family Historian User Group

Hi,
I'm having trouble with my first attempt at printing.
I have V4
I clicked on File, drop down screen - Page Setup, Print, Print preview and Print Setup, the only icon to be highlighted is Print Setup. I have tried in both Firefox and IE, both without success.
Would there be a guiding light out there for me.

I think this may be because you are currently using the Focus window or the Records window and neither of these allow printing.  Have you tried when viewing either a diagram, a report, or a query result set?  I don't think the choice of browser is likely to be relevant.
