Customers who purchased a licence for the download version of version 3 since November 26th 2008, will be emailed a link for a free upgrade to version 4. For technical and logistical reasons, we regret that there will be a delay in sending out these emails. We hope to have all such emails sent out by May 15th. I have been counting the days for the upgrade to Version 3.2 since January and it has been disappointing to have it keep getting put back, but now there is light at the end of the tunnel, we will soon be using Version 4!!!

15th May is rushing at us and no sign of the e-mail. I know I said not to rush things (with the thought of ironing out any bugs)but would really like to receive my e-mail to download.

Looking forward to the download.
