* 'Record Links' to highlight the actual link

When selecting a record and pressing 'Go to' in the 'Record Links' dialogue, I would like it to open up the selected record and highlight the [first] reference in the structure of the target record, rather than simply going to the record.  It can be pretty time consuming ploughing through an extensive record structure to find the link, which can often be burried behind [+]s.

Coupled with the existing Wish List items to make dialogues amodal, this would make these dialogues and workflows far more useable, particularly if they were automatically refreshed after any changes had been made.
