Show All Names in Records Window

I'd like the option for 'individuals' record list (or a seperate tab) to show all names for an individual please
i.e. if the individual is a married female she'd appear at least twice. Once under her maiden name and again under each of her married names. Also the indivdual should be listed again for each additional name
I've lost count of the number of times i've missed matching a burial (or other info) against an individual because they show under a different name in the individuals record list
