Cut/Paste

Full support for all normal Windows clipboard operations must be added to FH.
This includes being able to Cut selected text/records/etc and Paste them anywhere else. Currently only Copy and Paste is implemented.
This wishlist item is related to other requests for copy/paste features such as copy/paste between instances of FH, and copy/paste from reports.
