Support for flags in sentence templates

Since flags are probably one of the best things about FH, it would be nice if there were many other places in FH where this feature was used.
One such place is that of sentence templates for facts. Currently you can amend the global template, or set an override of the sentance template for an individual. However you can't set the same override template for a group of individuals. If the structure of the sentence template changed depending on which flag an individual had set, then you could have sentences for your main branch set up differently from that of other branches unrelated except by marriage. Or you could use the flag for a group of people who used a particular church and set part of the sentence to include a cross reference to a website, though this would need have a flagged template for each event.
