Customisation of Descendant lines

It would be useful if lines connecting parents to children were customisable in the same way that marriage lines are customisable. This would enable adopted and foster children etc. to be noted by means of either colour coding or dotting at least the final vertical bit of the line above the child (in the case of family of mixed birth and adopted children).
It would be necessary to decide how to treat a child of parents where one is adoptive but the other is birth.
