Forgive me if this has already been listed, but couldnt see it.
The ability to have a correspondence log on each person to be able to track queries you have made to various sources in order to avoid duplication / going over the same ground - i.e. contacting a hospital for medical records / place of employment etc etc etc.
At the moment I have started creating folders in my email inbox for each person in my tree - this obviously only works for emails sent, not phone calls made or letters sent etc etc.
