add tab for 'associated persons' in Focus Window

I would like to have the option to add a tab for 'associated persons' to the Focus Window (to the right of the descendants tab).
It would be useful to have a simple table with the individual's name, record ID, and association to the focus person:
name 1 'best man'
name 2 'landlord'
name 3 'business partner'
name 4 'lodger'
name 5 'servant'
etc.
