* Multimedia Records Window

I find that when linking Multimedia to a record the 'Records Window' is too small to display the name of the Multimedia item.
I have to drag the window wider to the right and then drag the 'Links'heading to the right to allow me to see the Multimedia name.
I think that about 40 charactors should be allowed for the name of the Multimedia item.
